Return Policy

RED LCD offers credit for all returned items at the current sale price (credit excludes shipping). Upon receipt, we will credit your account within 3 business days. Fully-functional, non-damaged items may be subject to a restocking fee. Please see the terms below:

Products must not have physical or internal damage.
This includes obvious damage such as cracked screens and torn flex cables, but also less-common damage such as the kind resulting from improper installation or an iOS upgrade. Make sure to pack appropriately before submitting your returns.

Please notify us within 3 days of any order discrepancies or items damaged in transit.
Notification must be given within 3 days of receipt of your products, along with photos of the discrepancies/damage. Please test ALL displays before installing them.

Products must have been purchased directly through us.
We cannot accept products purchased through other parties, such as distributors or retail partners. Please reference your corresponding order number when submitting your return.
